Not sure where to pick up the program, so I started today with week 3. It is technically my third week of running. The third week is pretty easy though (1/8 mi run then 1/8 walk, 1/4 run, 1/4 walk, repeat). Once I got to the end of the rep, I felt like I had a lot in the tank, so I ran another half mile. This means I’m probably closer to week 4 than week 3, but I don’t want to push things and injure myself (more than I already am).
